Positive. That's the way the history of the Millhouse Leasing, formerly known as Whitewater Car Hire & Leasing, could consider be described.
From becoming a Network franchise some eleven years ago, under
the name of McCarthy (whilst sharing the same building as the
Maidstone Toyota branch), we have grown in a steady and profitable
fashion. With our friendly approach to customer relations, it
is easy to understand how our customers have not only come back
time and time again – but also brought friends and colleagues with
them. In fact, customer referrals have provided the majority of
our new car leasing leads.
And it's not just our customers who believe in the contract hire
and lease team. In 1999 we achived Platinum status from Network
Vehicles for outstanding achievement, (which we have consequently
achived every year since). In 2000, we were appointed a Bank of Scotland franchise, regularly
achieving Platinum status for outstanding achievement. And with
performance at an all time high, the team made the decision to
move to larger premises at the delightful Turkey Mill office complex
just outside Maidstone town centre.
With the ability to negotiate high discounts directly with manufacturers,
and with access to Lex Vehicle Partners, Lombard and Automotive
Leasing, we are growing in the right direction. But not, it must
be stressed, at the expense of our customers.
By offering more competitive vehicle leasing quotes, many beating the top industry
players, we not only secure the best rates, but also offer a very
personal service to back it up. Something, which in this day and
age, is very rare indeed. With a recent move to even larger offices
on the Turkey Mill estate and a name change to boot, it's a positive
time for Millhouse Leasing. And long may it continue.
